I guess, leadership can never be planted. It germinates. Kind of self-revelation I believe. To be honest to oneself is far important; Courage to belong to your conscience is necessary often. Because that's the best way to live by example. When one can put reasons by his actions, acceptability increases.

For me, inspiration can be found among many challenges, either positive or negative.
